The Challenge
The client had a fragmented ecosystem of 15 different WordPress sites, each with its own theme, user database, and performance issues. They needed a unified, lightning-fast architecture.
Managing content across these silos was a nightmare for their editorial team, leading to inconsistencies and massive technical debt.
The Solution
We engineered a highly robust WordPress Multi-site network paired with a headless React frontend. Using GraphQL, we decoupled the backend, allowing WordPress to act purely as a high-speed CMS.
We developed a custom component library in React, ensuring brand consistency across all 15 digital properties while granting the editorial team a single pane of glass for content management.
The Result
The headless transition resulted in a 300% improvement in Time to First Byte (TTFB). The unified architecture cut server costs by 40% and drastically reduced the time-to-publish for the editorial teams.
